Bob Fox | Casa de Salud

Success, service and St. Louis are three key areas that help define the life of Bob Fox.

Embracing the spirit of entrepreneurial vision, in 1984 he founded NewSpace Closet Interiors – the first of its kind in the St. Louis area. A commitment to community and the Saint Louis University ideal of serving others, Bob and his wife, Build-a-Bear founder Maxine Clark, established a foundation to support areas vital to regional prosperity and growth in the St. Louis area. From a cardiac intensive care unit at Children’s Hospital to a host of educational institutions and the St. Louis Zoo Foundation Board, Bob’s caring spirit shines through.

In 2009, Bob responded to a community need for a health and wellness center serving new Hispanic immigrants, by founding Casa de Salud, a collaboration between existing community health providers, Saint Louis University, Washington University and 40 other community agencies.
